We can usually book your project within one to three months, depending on our availability. We believe in providing dedicated attention to each client, which is why we limit the number of projects we take on each month. So, if you're keen to work with us, reach out and reserve your date in our calendar as soon as possible. We can't wait to collaborate with you!
Once your project is confirmed, we'll give you access to a private portal just for you. Inside, you'll find some important tasks to complete. We'll ask you to share all website content, such as copy, images, and brand files. You'll also have an intake questionnaire to fill out, which will help us understand the project goals, design preferences, and other important information.
After you've completed these tasks, we can schedule an optional video call over Zoom. During this meeting, we'll have a chance to get to know each other better and discuss your project in detail. We want to make sure we understand your vision and make any necessary preparations to ensure a smooth and successful project. We'll also take this opportunity to check that everything is on track according to our agreed schedule. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want to ensure we're meeting your expectations every step of the way.
We'll primarily use email to communicate both before and during the project. It's a convenient way to keep all our discussions and updates in one place. Before the project begins, we'll also have a Zoom video call. This will give us the chance to meet, discuss your project in detail, and address any questions or concerns you may have.

No but if you'd like to white label the project, where we complete the work under your brand name, we're happy to do so. However, we do charge a white label fee to remove our credit, exclude the project from our portfolio, and handover the full ownership rights to you.

This is an hourly-based monthly membership cover all aspects of your Showit design business, from Showit design and development, to design and tech assistance for both you and your clients.
