The design partner membership is all about collaboration, therefore it's important to clarify that large client projects without your input, such as custom brand design, custom website design, full site development, and template customizations, are NOT included in the membership. However, you can book these services separately as flat-rate projects (see our flat-rate pricing here).
This separation is necessary because larger custom projects require more time and planning on our end, which goes beyond the scope of our hourly membership model. By scheduling these projects in advance, you'll have the advantage of knowing the upfront cost, eliminating any uncertainty or surprises. This also makes it easier for you to accurately price the project for your client.
The membership doesn't include creating Showit website templates, Canva templates, or any other templates for resale. Training and tutorials for completed work are also not included. Aside from those aspects, we are open to just about anything within our expertise and love a new challenge!
Absolutely! When you join our monthly membership, we want you to have complete ownership of all the work we do for you. As part of our standard practice, the finished work will be given to you, and everything will be completed under your brand name. We don't require any credit, and we won't include your work in our portfolio or share it on our social media channels.
However, if you choose to tag us and give us a shout-out, we'd be more than happy to share the work on our social media platforms. We also love to be included in your team about page if you're an agency but it's not a requirement. We believe in fostering a sense of community rather than competition, so we're all about hyping you up! We'll share your amazing work on our stories and be your cheerleaders every step of the way.
With this membership we can start working together almost immediately! Simply choose a plan, book a trail or send us an inquiry and we'll be in touch within 1-2 business days to discuss the next steps.
When you're ready to start, we'll send over a contract and short intake form to collect all information we need from you (business info, login details etc.),. Then, we can book an optional introductory call to meet and plan your first month.
From there, you can start assigning tasks as and when needed to be completed within 3-5 business days.
As part of our onboarding process, we'll kick things off with an introductory video call to get to know each other and discuss your upcoming projects. From there, we can schedule monthly check-in calls to plan and strategize for the month ahead. However, we understand that time is precious, so these calls are optional.
How often we communication thereafter will depend on your workload and the specific projecst we're working on. You can reach out to us through email, share a Loom video, or request a meeting whenever you need to discuss a particular project or ask questions. We aim to reply to all your messages within 1-2 business days, ensuring that your projects stay on track and any queries are addressed promptly. In return, we kindly request the same level of responsiveness from you.
Assigned tasks will be completed within 3-5 business days as standard. When assigning a task you will set the priority.
Priority options are:
- High: 1-2 business days (rush project)
- Medium: 3-5 business days (standard)
-Low: 5-10 business days
Turnaround for high priority tasks is dependent on our availability and we will let you know if we can meet your request. For urgent tasks needed on the same day or within 48 hours, rush fees will apply.
We track our time using Toggle and will send time updates after every completed task. Time is tracked for every project in increments of 15 minutes. All communication and time taken to log into your systems will be logged.
To manage your projects, we can use your own project management system (if you have one), or we can create a private portal for you. We typically use ClickUp but also work with Notion, Asana and Slack, so if you have a preference we're happy to use the platform of your choice. Once systems are in place, you will be able to assign tasks as and when needed, and we will keep you updated on the progress.
If you need some help figuring out which tasks to outsource, we can discuss this on our introductory video call. We'll chat about your business goals and priorities and offer our advice on what to handover.

With our on-demand white label services, you can book our fixed cost packages with specific deliverables. They're great for ad hoc projects because there's no monthly commitment and we can book your project in advance. Plus, you'll know the exact cost of each project right from the beginning.
Our Design Partner Membership, however, is a monthly plan tailored for designers who have a variety of projects that don't neatly fit into one package. You'll get a set number of support hours to utilize every month, and benefit from highly discounted rates to encourage a long-term partnership. The payments will automatically recur each month until you decide to cancel. Just keep in mind that we kindly request a 30-day notice before cancellation.
