Once agreed, you'll receive an invoice and onboarding form to get everything ready before we start.
The more prepared you are the faster we can get to work. We'll send you a short onboarding form after booking to gather everything we need. This may include copy, images, logins, brand assets etc.
We'll let you know exactly what to prepare so nothing holds us up once the Sprint starts.
We scope your project before we start so there are no surprises. If something genuinely takes longer than anticipated on our end, there's no extra charge. But if scope changes on your end, we'll discuss options and adjust the Sprint price before we go ahead.
