Got Questions?
Yes. All Partnership plans have a 3 month minimum term. After that you can continue month to month or upgrade your plan at any time.
Once you're onboarded you'll have a dedicated way to submit requests and track progress. We'll set this up during onboarding so everything is clear from the start.
Just ask. The Partnership is flexible by design. If you need something outside of the usual scope we'll let you know if it can be covered or if it needs to be scoped as an additional project.
We specialize in Showit but can support with most website platforms, email marketing tools, CRMs and other systems. If you're not sure just ask.
Yes to all three. You can upgrade or change your plan at any time. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle.
After your 3 month minimum term you can cancel with 30 days notice.
Most requests are turned around within 3-5 business days. More complex tasks like new pages, funnels or system builds will be scoped and given a clear timeline upfront so you're never left wondering.
Growth Partner includes a monthly strategy call. Design Partner clients can add a monthly check-in call if needed. Outside of calls you'll always have a direct line to us for questions and updates.
