What happens after I book my Brand Review?
When you book you'll receive a short intake form to share details about your business, audience and goals.
Your video walkthrough and written action plan will be delivered within 5 business days after your form is complete.
How long will it take to receive my completed brand review?
Your review will be delivered within 5 business days after you complete and submit your intake form.
This is a short form to share info about where you're at right now and where you want to be.
What format will I receive feedback? Is it a live call?
Everything is async. You'll get a video to walk you through my findings, plus a written action plan with the next steps. There's no live call so you can watch and read the feedback in your own time, and refer back to it any time.
Do I need to be established or have everything perfect?
Not at all. This is for businesses at any stage. Whether you've just launched and want me to check your setup, been in business a few years and feel stuck, or have a full brand that just isn't performing.
As long as you have something to look at we can review it.
Will you implement any changes or fixes as you go along?
The review is for advice and direction only. I'll tell you exactly what to improve and why. The doing is down to you, or you can hire us to do it for you.
After your review I'll let you know which of our services would be the best fit based on what I find.
What happens if I need more support after the review?
We're happy to help with anything you need. Whether that's a Sprint to implement the suggestions, a Locked-In Launch for a full rebrand and website, or our Partnership for ongoing support.

What exactly do you review? Is this a full SEO and website audit?
The Brand Review is a front end review of how your brand shows up online. That means your brand visuals, website, socials and marketing foundations. How everything looks, feels, flows and communicates to your ideal client.
What we don't look at: analytics, traffic data, website performance, keyword rankings or detailed SEO.
We do check basic on-page SEO essentials are in place, but this isn't a full technical SEO audit. Think of it as expert eyes on everything your audience actually sees. Not what's happening behind the scenes.
If you need something more in depth, or full implementation, send us an inquiry and we'll figure out the right fit.
What if I disagree with your feedback and want a refund?
If you disagree, that's totally fine. The review is my honest opinion based on 16 years experience. Implement and take on what resonates and leave anything that doesn't.
Due to the nature of the work involved, all payments are final and non-refundable.
