You have full creative control and you can easily make changes without coding (unless you want to!). For advanced features like blogging, e-commerce, or memberships, the possibilities are endless!
For hosting and access to the design platform, you'll need a Showit subscription ($19–$24/month).
For the domain, you'll need to register your website address with fees at a $7/year.
If you don’t have a brand in place, you can add it on as an extra service at checkout.
Your Starter Site comes with a simple copywriting template to make writing your website easy and stress-free. It’s perfect for startups or brands who need support with their copy but don't have the budget for a copywriter.
You’re more than welcome to hire a copywriter (or hire me to write your copy) if you prefer. The copywriting template is a great starting point, but it doesn’t replace the work of a professional.
If you do work with a copywriter, just let me know when you book, and I’ll send over the template for them to reference. It's important they are aware that this is a one-page website.
Absolutely! Your input and vision is important, and you’ll be involved at every stage.
During onboarding, you’ll share details about your design preferences and any inspiration you love. You're also welcome to share a Pinterest board if you're already clear on the design style you want. If you're not clear on what you want, I'll take the lead on the design considering your preferences, audience, and brand goals.
Before launch, you’ll review the website design to share feedback and request any revisions you want before going live. You get one revision round included but can you add more if needed.
If you need more revisions, you can add-on more at $150 per round.
If you choose the payment plan, the site will be hosted in my staging account until your third and final payment is made. Once that’s complete, I’ll transfer the site to your account and you’ll have full ownership. This won’t affect your live site in any way.
Showit is a flexible design platform that lets you easily update your content, refresh the design and add any feature or integration you'll ever need. Whether you DIY or hire me again, your site is fully flexible and can grow with your business.
