Next, you'll complete some quick onboarding tasks and we can book an optional kick-off call to meet and discuss your project.
3. Be a VIP
We'll get to work during our planned VIP session to complete your site updates and any other design or tech tasks!

Frequently Asked Questions
After booking your VIP day, you'll receive access to a private portal with a custom onboarding questionnaire. This questionnaire will ask you to share all the information and files needed for our project together. Don't worry, we'll make sure you have enough time before the day to prepare everything, and if you choose to book a video call we will run through everything, and finalize any last minute preparations.
In order for the project to stay on schedule, you will need to have everything prepared no less than 48 hours before the VIP day. Don't worry, we'll send regular reminders and let you know what is needed from you.
If you cannot meet this deadline for any reason, you can contact me to reschedule the date. A rebooking fee of 25% of the total cost may be applied if you give less than 72 hours notice.
Of course! If your project won't take a full 8 hours to complete, you can book half a VIP day for up to 4 hours of support.
We will communicate via email throughout the duration of the project. You will also have the choice to schedule a zoom video call before the VIP day. On the day, you'll need to check your emails incase we have questions, or need anything from you.
As long as there are no delays caused by you, there will be no extra charges. When you apply for your VIP day, we will confirm if all tasks requested can be completed within the day, or if you will need to book more full or half days to get everything done. Once tasks have been agreed, the price is locked in.
In rare circumstances, if we've underestimated the amount of hours needed for the agreed tasks, we may need to extend the project timeline slightly. There will be no extra charge to you if this happens as a result of our planning. The only cause for extra charges will be if the project is delayed by you for any reason (e.g. if you don't have everything prepared on time, or if you need to reschedule the project date.)
